There is no refund available for coffee, however you can ask for a refund on coffee equipment. Coffeesseur offers a 30-day refund policy for equipment. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to contact us if you’re unsatisfied. In order to be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with all tags and packaging in undisturbed. Depending on the product you will also need the purchase receipt. Equipment also comes with its own warranty. You can find this information in the specific vendor’s terms and conditions.
